Booking Terms & Conditions :
It is understood that in signing for and purchasing outdoor exhibition ground space at the event detailed overleaf that the booking terms and conditions must be adhered to. The show will be organised by Ignition Events Management, subsequently referred to as the Event Organiser. All trading ground space is Outdoor on grass, and is sold by Fox Motorsport Events.
- APPLICATION- Submitting a completed booking form is a necessary pre-requisite for an application to trade/ exhibit at Uttoxeter Racecourse. The booking form should be accompanied by payment to Distinctive Motorsport. Every trader/exhibitor shall be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions. All charges will be invoiced upon receipt of a completed booking form and payment.
- TRADER RESPONSIBILITIES– The traders/exhibitors shall indemnify the Event Organiser, Ignition Events Management against claims, damages, or expenses whatsoever in any arising out of the presence of the Trader or his exhibits or products on the event. In the event of it being necessary, due to acts of terrorism, war, disease, public emergency, force majeure, or any other factor beyond the control of the organisers, for the Exhibition to be postponed, abandoned or altered in any way in whole or in part, the Organisers shall not be liable for any expenditure, loss or damage incurred by an Exhibitor resultant upon such change.
- ALLOCATION OF SPACE– The allocation of space and trade/exhibitor stands, will be entirely at the discretion of the event organiser, although every endeavour will be made to meet any request by a Trader regarding the position of their site/stand. The Event Organiser does not offer exclusivity for any product or service. Each trader/exhibitor shall strictly be confined to the space allocated and paid for (this includes any vehicle required to be part of the stand). Any trade/exhibitor moving from the space allotted without prior agreement of the Event Organiser will be requested to leave the show and forfeit all fees paid.
- SUB LETTING/SPLITTING STANDS– Traders are totally forbidden from sub-letting any portion of the space allotted to them.
- TRADER VEHICLES– Must display the event vehicle pass at all times whilst at the event, failure to do could mean the vehicle will be removed and asked to park in the Spectator Car Parking area.
- SECURITY– All properties of traders left overnight are left entirely at the risk of the trader/operator.
- DISMANTLING OF STANDS– Removal of stands may not commence until 1700hrs on the Sunday, all exhibitor materials are to be removed by 2000hrs Sunday at the latest. All Traders must leave their space clean and tidy. No camping allowed on site at the end of the show. Removal of stands may commence on completion of the final stage finishing.
- LITTER– Traders are required to have their stands and the apportions of the adjacent avenues and pathways immediately joining their stands cleaned at the end of the event, refuse should be left in the bins provided.
- COMPLIANCE– All Trade/exhibitors must be compliant with current legislation and regulation relating to their business and the exhibiting of their business.
- CANCELLATION OF SPACE– Trade/Exhibitors shall not claim against the Event Organiser in the respect of loss or damage. If you are unable to attend the event providing it’s in advance of 21 days of the event a full refund will be made, after this time the monies will be given to a charity of choice.
