Pitch sizes are 3x3 or 6x3 with a 6m depth to allow space for a trade vehicle.

£75 for the day for a 3×3 pitch

£100 for the day for a 6×3 pitch

This includes, 1 Vehicle Pass and 2 Staff passes.

Extra passes are £10.00 each. Saturday Setup is allowed / for Camping options please email the team.

We aim to have a small but varied range of Catering Food Stands.

The price to be part of the event is £100 per pitch.

In turn we need your Food Hygiene Certification issued by the Council, A copy of your Menu including prices. A copy of your Public Liability

The Staffordshire Motorsport Show aims to have up to a maximum of 3 Motor Car Dealerships, however, if the Associate Sponsorship is taken then this could be just the 1.
